Hypopressive Breathing
Hypopressive Breathing is a specialized technique that combines postural exercises with breath control to reduce intra-abdominal pressure and activate the deep core and pelvic floor muscles.

The instructor will use each session to teach the client those techniques progressively. The participant will have 5 to 10 minutes of homework per day sent on a recorded video or voice recorded.
