All appointments and classes:

All sessions are prepaid and require booking. Booking closes 24 hours before a scheduled lesson or class. If you wish to book less than 24 hours prior to a lesson, please contact the studio for availability.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 50% fee. No call/ no shows result in full charge of the missed session. 

Classes are subject to instructor cancellation due to low enrollment. Each Trio class must have 2-3 participants to run. Each mat class must have 4 or more participants to run.

All sales are final.
